Privacy Policy

The Recruiter Read collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, current or target role, service of interest, and any message you send through the contact form. Clients who move forward with a service provide additional information through a secure intake form, including a resume and details about their background, target roles, and job descriptions.

Information is collected to respond to inquiries, deliver purchased services, provide revisions and follow up support, and operate the business, including basic bookkeeping.

• Formspree processes general contact form inquiries submitted from the homepage.
• Tally processes client intake responses, including uploaded resumes, job descriptions, and background details.
• Stripe processes payment details when online checkout is enabled. Card and payment details are entered directly on Stripe's own hosted checkout pages and are never collected or stored by The Recruiter Read website.
• Calendly, Google Calendar, and Google Meet may be used to schedule and hold a consultation for services that include one.
• Netlify hosts and delivers the website itself.

Every recommendation and final document is personally reviewed and edited by Rahul. Client information and materials are not sold.

The Recruiter Read does not collect or store credit card numbers or other payment credentials. When online checkout is enabled, payments are completed entirely on Stripe's secure, hosted checkout pages.

Resumes, intake responses, and related documents are stored using the tools listed above that are used to deliver the service. Files are not made publicly accessible.

Working files are retained only as long as needed to complete delivery, support one revision round, and address reasonable customer support or accounting needs, after which they may be deleted.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@therecruiterread.com. Requests will be honored except where information must be retained for legitimate business, accounting, or legal reasons.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third party tracking pixels. If basic, privacy respecting analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to describe them before they are enabled.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, government identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the service. The Recruiter Read does not need this information, and clients are asked to remove street addresses and similar unnecessary personal details from uploaded resumes before submitting them.
