Terms of Service

Services are requested through the contact form. When live Stripe Payment Links are enabled for a service, payment is completed on Stripe's own secure, hosted checkout page. Until a service's online checkout is enabled, Rahul will confirm availability and arrange payment directly with the client before any work begins.

The client receives only the deliverables listed in the purchased service. Requests involving a new career direction, a second resume version, extensive new information, or additional documents may require a separate purchase.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing all final materials. The Recruiter Read will not knowingly fabricate titles, credentials, dates, responsibilities, accomplishments, or metrics.

Payment is due before work begins. When online checkout is enabled, applicable payment processing fees and taxes are handled through Stripe. Until then, payment is arranged directly with Rahul before work begins.

Turnaround begins only after payment, required intake information, documents, and any required consultation are complete. Client delays may move the delivery date.

One revision round is included with rewrite packages. Requests must be submitted as one consolidated message within seven calendar days of delivery. New positioning, new job families, or substantial information added after delivery may require an additional fee.

A full refund may be requested before work begins. Personalized services are not refundable after review or writing has started. If The Recruiter Read cannot complete the service, the client will receive an appropriate refund.

Payment does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, or advancement. The Recruiter Read does not guarantee any of these outcomes. Results depend on the client's qualifications, market conditions, competition, application strategy, interview performance, and employer decisions.

Client materials will not be published, sold, or used as examples without written permission. Necessary service providers may process limited information to support payment, scheduling, forms, file storage, communication, or authorized technology use.

After full payment, the client may use and edit the final resume and cover letter for personal job search purposes. The Recruiter Read retains ownership of its general processes, templates, scorecards, and educational materials.
